TOO MANY ZOOZ

The New York City-based trio Too Many Zooz, featuring Leo Pellegrino on baritone saxophone, Matt "Doe" Muirhead on trumpet, and David "King of Sludge" Parks on drums, rose to prominence from their viral subway performances in 2014, defining their unique "brass house" sound. Their debut full-length album, Subway Gawdz, arrived in 2016, and they've since released their sophomore album Retail Therapy in 2024 and the Red Apple Gift Shop EP in April 2025. Their music is a high-octane blend of jazz, Afro-Cuban rhythms, funk, EDM, and house, driven by aggressive instrumental performances and Pellegrino's dynamic stage presence.
