THE PINEAPPLE THIEF
About The Pineapple Thief
The Pineapple Thief is an English progressive rock band formed in 1999 in Yeovil, Somerset, by Bruce Soord. The current lineup features Soord on vocals, guitars, and keyboards, Jon Sykes on bass, Steve Kitch on keyboards, and Gavin Harrison (of King Crimson and Porcupine Tree) on drums. They have released 16 studio albums on labels like Kscope and InsideOut Music, including 2024's It Leads to This and the recent 2024 EP Last to Run. Soord's vocals are fragile yet penetrating, often conveying a melancholic introspection.
