PLASTIC ACID ORCHESTRA

Vancouver's own Plastic Acid Orchestra, founded by music director Bryan Deans in 2006, is a modern full symphony orchestra dedicated to pushing the boundaries of classical music. Known for their collaborations with Canadian composers and arrangements of popular music, they've performed everywhere from nightclubs to the Vancouver International Jazz Festival. Their sound blends traditional symphonic instrumentation with a contemporary edge, often incorporating elements like amplified instruments and multimedia. Expect a dynamic and genre-defying orchestral experience.
