MICROWAVE

Hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Microwave has carved a distinct niche in the emo and alternative rock scene since their formation in 2012, with their 2014 debut album Stovall establishing their raw, angsty energy. The trio, featuring Nathan Hardy on vocals and guitar, Tyler Hill on bass, and Timothy "Tito" Pittard on drums, recently released their fourth full-length album, Let's Start Degeneracy, in 2024 via Pure Noise Records. Their sound oscillates between aggressive punk elements and melodic, introspective passages, often incorporating distorted guitar tones and a tight, punchy rhythm section. Expect a dynamic performance that blends cathartic screams with vulnerable, confessional songwriting.
