VANCOUVER SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA

The Vancouver Symphony Orchestra, founded in 1919, stands as Canada's third-largest symphony orchestra and the largest performing arts organisation in Western Canada. Under the direction of Maestro Otto Tausk since 2018, the VSO performs over 150 concerts annually, engaging a quarter-million people with a diverse repertoire that spans classical masterworks and contemporary pieces. The orchestra's sound is rich and expansive, capable of delivering both the delicate intricacies of chamber music and the full-bodied grandeur of a large symphonic work. Expect an evening of refined musicality and sweeping orchestral power.
