SYLVAN ESSO

The Durham, North Carolina duo Sylvan Esso, comprised of Amelia Meath and producer Nick Sanborn, has spent a decade crafting evocative electro-folk-pop since their 2014 self-titled debut on Partisan Records. Their sound, which earned a Grammy nomination for their 2017 album What Now, blends Meath's agile vocals with Sanborn's dynamic, often glitchy, electronic compositions. They recently released their fifth studio album, Ow ∞, on their own Psychic Hotline label in September 2026, and are currently on a North American tour. Expect a handcrafted and immediate set, full of pocket grooves, shimmering synths, and sing-along catharsis.
