STRINGBAND

Stringband Tunesday is The Heatley's weekly Tuesday-night string band: a rotating crew of Vancouver pickers that plays September through May. Regulars include Trent Freeman on fiddle, Mark Kilianski on guitar and Cello Lukey on banjo, with guest players filling out the lineup. Expect bluegrass, old-time, classic country and western swing, played loose and danceable in a small East Hastings bar.
