SMALL OPERA

Vancouver's own Jason Bienia, the multi-instrumentalist behind Small Opera, crafts songs that move with a deliberate, reflective pace. With a new album, The Natural Kindness, set for release in 2026, his work is built on understated melodies and subtle harmonic tension. The sound blends traditional songwriting with jazz-influenced harmonies and abstract lyricism, creating warm, introspective soundscapes. It's music for quiet contemplation, offering connection and gentle hope.
