PETUNIA & THE VIPERS

Hailing from Quebec and now based in Vancouver, Petunia & the Vipers are fronted by the enigmatic vocalist and songwriter known simply as Petunia (Ron Fortugno). Their self-titled debut album was released in 2011 on Trapline Productions, showcasing a sound that defies easy categorization. The band's music is a captivating blend of old-time country, rockabilly, ragtime jazz, and blues, often featuring Petunia's distinctive yodel and a slightly unnerving, cinematic mood.
