NEW CONSTELLATIONS

Portland, Oregon's New Constellations, the indie-pop duo of Harlee Case and Josh Smith, have spent nearly a decade refining their ethereal sound, culminating in their May 2026 debut album, It Comes in Waves, released via Nettwerk. Their breakout 2021 single "Hot Blooded" showcased their blend of shimmering, '80s-influenced synth-pop with Case's expressive, full-throated vocals. The duo crafts a sonic universe where lush synths meet crisp guitar riffs and hook-forward melodies, all grounded in emotionally honest lyrics. It's a dreamy, golden-hued journey through cycles of love, loss, and rebirth.
