MICHAEL SHANNON & JASON NARDUCY

Esteemed actor Michael Shannon and seasoned indie rocker Jason Narducy (of Verbow, Split Single, and Bob Mould Band) have cultivated a unique collaboration over the last decade, celebrated for their full-album tributes to revered artists. Their current 2027 North American tour sees them performing R.E.M.'s 1987 album Document in its entirety, alongside other R.E.M. classics. Backed by a band featuring members from Wilco and The Mountain Goats, their sound offers a faithful yet reinterpreted take on alternative rock, blending Shannon's earthy baritone with Narducy's sharp guitar work. It's a devoted homage, delivered with palpable enthusiasm.
