MEDIUM BUILD

Anchorage, Alaska-based singer-songwriter Nick Carpenter, known as Medium Build, has cultivated a dedicated following with his honest, conversational lyricism since his 2016 debut album, Falling Apart. Signed to slowplay/Island Records, he recently released his sixth studio album, King of Having Fun, on September 4, 2026. His sound blends indie rock, R&B, and country, often featuring a gravelly yet soft vocal delivery over lush acoustic guitars and twangy steel. Expect a performance that balances introspection with a playful, rock-and-roll energy.
