DANIEL JAMES MCFADYEN

Nova Scotia's Daniel James McFadyen has cultivated a devoted following across Canada with his expressive lyricism and magnetic stage presence, marked by his 2021 debut album, August, I'm Yours. His sound has evolved from "stomp and holler" folk to a more intricate, melody-driven style, as heard on his 2023 EP Songs to Show Your Friends, produced by Montreal's Quinn Bachand. McFadyen's music blends coastal warmth with indie-folk sincerity, offering heartfelt storytelling and an upbeat, organic feel. It's an intimate, campfire-like experience.
