DANIEL DONATO'S COSMIC COUNTRY

Nashville native Daniel Donato has carved a unique niche with his "Cosmic Country" sound, first introduced on his 2020 debut, A Young Man's Country, produced by Robben Ford. Donato, a prolific guitarist, blends traditional American roots music with psychedelic rock, jazz, and experimental sounds. His band, Daniel Donato's Cosmic Country, features Nathan "Sugarleg" Aronowitz on keyboards, Will "Mustang" McGee on bass, and Will "Bronco" Clark on drums, and they are known for their improvisational live shows. Their recent album, Horizons, released in August 2025 via Retrace Music, further explores expansive instrumental landscapes and intimate storytelling. Expect a blend of twangy standards and deep, exploratory jams.
