COEUR DE PIRATE

Montreal's Béatrice Martin, known as Cœur de pirate, has been a cornerstone of Francophone pop since her 2008 self-titled debut on Grosse Boîte, which brought "la chanson française" to a new generation. Her sound, often featuring intimate piano compositions and her distinctive voice, blends indie pop with elements of folk and cabaret. Having released her seventh album, Cavale, in September 2025, her live performances offer a captivating blend of introspective songwriting and vibrant, emotionally rich pop.
